八方鋼構(gòu)集團(tuán)技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)93人,本科及以上學(xué)歷占90%以上,其中一級(jí)注冊(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)工程師2名,博士1名,碩士研究生2名,高級(jí)工程師5名,中級(jí)工程師20名、一級(jí)造價(jià)師1名、一級(jí)建造師30名,二級(jí)建造師22名,多年來(lái),與東南大學(xué)、北京工業(yè)大學(xué)、中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)、江蘇建院等多所院校合作,保持企業(yè)技術(shù)先進(jìn)及科技創(chuàng)新活力。
通過(guò)幾年的積累奮斗,八方鋼構(gòu)技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)研發(fā)的“網(wǎng)架桿件拋丸噴涂烘干自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)技術(shù)及應(yīng)用”、“網(wǎng)架桿件全智能噴涂烘干生產(chǎn)線”、“新型移動(dòng)式焊接機(jī)器人”等技術(shù)先后獲得了中國(guó)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)會(huì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)和科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)。
八方鋼構(gòu)技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)參與了多項(xiàng)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定,參與了國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《空間網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)球型節(jié)點(diǎn)技術(shù)要求》、《鋼網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)螺栓球節(jié)點(diǎn)用封板、錐頭和套筒》,國(guó)標(biāo)圖集《多層裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)住宅設(shè)計(jì)圖集》,地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《建筑防水構(gòu)造》等一系列規(guī)范圖集的制定工作。
The technical team of Bafang Steel Structure Group consists of 93 people, with more than 90% having a bachelor's degree or above. Among them, there are 2 registered structural engineers, 1 doctoral degree, 2 master's degree students, 5 senior engineers, 20 intermediate engineers, 1 first level cost engineer, 30 first level construction engineers, and 22 second level construction engineers. Over the years, we have cooperated with many universities such as Southeast University, Beijing Institute of Technology, China University of Mining and Technology, and Jiangsu Jianyuan Institute to maintain the advanced technology and technological innovation vitality of the enterprise.
Through years of accumulation and hard work, the technical team of Bafang Steel Structure has developed technologies such as "Automated Production Technology and Application of Shot Blasting Spray Drying for Grid Members", "Fully Intelligent Spray Drying Production Line for Grid Members", and "New Mobile Welding Robot", which have successively won the China Steel Structure Association's Technology Innovation Award and Science and Technology Award
The Eight Square Steel Structure Technical Team has participated in the development of multiple national and local standards, including the national standards "Technical Requirements for Space Grid Structure Ball Nodes", "Sealing Plates, Cone Heads, and Sleeves for Steel Grid Structure Bolt Ball Nodes", the national standard atlas "Design Atlas for Multi story Prefabricated Steel Structure Residential Buildings", and the local standard "Building Waterproof Construction".
